Loocated in DC's Brookland neighborhood, these 3 townhomes were a new, ground up addition to the neighborhood. Keeping with the architects plans and consistent with the neighborhood, the fronts were clad in brick an designed with uniformity. But past the facade, each townhome diverges from the in design and size. The collaboration between SGI Structural and MPR Architecture increased the sellable squarefootage of the lot. But was kept in balance with the neighborhoods architectural style and size.
