After a fire damaged much of the 5th floor and roof structure, we helped the client completely renovate the space. The finished structure became a mixed use office, residential, and assembly space. Our services included a preliminary structural assessment of the damaged area, structural design of the repair, interior alterations for the renovation, and the addition of multiple additional structures on the site. During the permitting phase, we helped the Architect with code consulting services, writing code summaries and reports, and preparing arguments to present the city code official.
